Udayan Maheshwari is the Co-Founder & Director of Bluestone Advisory, bringing over 25 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Realty, Healthcare and Business Advisory. A Commerce graduate from the University of Delhi with a PGPM from the International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, he advises corporates, banks, financial institutions and investors on Debt Resolution, Personal Insolvency, Realty Acquisitions, Healthcare Advisory and Distressed Asset Transactions.

Udayan has invested in startups as Angel Investor and is part of their growth story. He is open to more such opportunities and participate in the advisory for Business Growth Strategy and Organization restructuring.

He joined an executive course at Indian School of Business @Hyderabad to hone up skills. His entrepreneurial mindset and practical approach enable clients to unlock growth opportunities, optimise capital structures and create long-term value.

Ssharad S. Mahiswari

Ssharad S. Mahiswari is the Co-Founder & Director of Bluestone Advisory with over 2 decades of experience in Realty, Hospitality, Commercial Development and Strategic Business Management.

A graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi, with postgraduate studies at the Symbiosis Institute of Foreign Trade, Pune, he specialises in Realty Advisory, Strategic Land Transactions, Project Feasibility, Investment Advisory and Business Expansion. He works closely with developers, investors and financial institutions to identify high-potential opportunities and structure value-driven transactions. He is an active member of FICCI, CII and BNI.
